ABOUT

MEET MELISSA

"Design Has the Power to Change How a Home Feels."

Melissa Daniels-Schneider has contributed to dozens of residential design and renovation projects, giving her a practical understanding of what it takes to move from an initial idea to a finished home.

Many clients may know Melissa from her work with Homes Innovation, where interior design and general contracting came together under one roof. When Homes Innovation closed in 2026, Melissa carried her design practice forward as Melissa Daniels Designs—an interior design company with an in-house general contractor.

Her approach combines creative instinct with close attention to layout, materials, communication and the details that determine how a room functions. She believes the best interiors reveal something about the people who live within them.

At the center of every project is Melissa’s belief that your home should honor who you are, support the way you live and make you feel genuinely at home.

OUR TEAM

THE TEAM BEHIND THE DESIGN

Led by Melissa. Supported by People She Trusts.

Every project is personally led by Melissa, who remains closely involved in the creative direction, selections, communication and decisions that shape the finished home.

Based in St. Thomas, Melissa continues to work alongside her established South Florida team. Their local presence provides the coordination and project support needed to carry her design direction forward, allowing South Florida clients to benefit from both Melissa’s personal involvement and trusted resources within the market.

Each project requires a different combination of expertise. Melissa brings together the appropriate professionals based on the home, location and scope, creating one connected team working toward a cohesive vision.
